On December 5th, 2015 we began laying the first pieces of wood on an empty piece of land.

After 30 days, we opened our doors (technically our shutters’) to the world. We wouldn’t go as far as to say “the rest is history”, we just like thinking we’ve had a pretty good ride since, and can’t wait for more.

We constructed Casa Marané using eucalyptus from the region; finished with doors and shutters recovered from a forgotten building. No cement was used- in the spirit of Charra artisanship.

What’s the point in having such a great space and not being able to share it with anyone? If you’re around during the season, come join us for a beer by the fire.
